Player Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 6sx6 platform — including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, or payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the 6sx6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you are accessing 6sx6 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting, you agree to these terms on that person's behalf. 6sx6 reserves the right to require proof of such authority at any time.

These terms apply to all users of the 6sx6 platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who have not yet made a deposit, and active players using real-money services. Your continued use of 6sx6 following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation, the English version shall prevail. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Use of the 6sx6 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6sx6 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 6sx6 or on any other platform where such exclusion extends to 6sx6 services.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 6sx6 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

Age Verification

6sx6 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age — such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any real-money balance in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 6sx6 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to such activity.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and payment services on 6sx6, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on 6sx6. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance held across multiple accounts may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, contact the support team at [email protected] to resolve the situation before any funds are at risk.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 6sx6 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. 6sx6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify the 6sx6 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 6sx6 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

6sx6 is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and identity theft. As part of this commitment, 6sx6 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or above-threshold deposits. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All financial transactions on 6sx6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary based on your account status and location within Bangladesh.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 6sx6 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 6sx6 does not charge a fee on standard BDT deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 6sx6 is not responsible.

6sx6 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction deposit limit and daily deposit caps, the current values of which are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted by the 6sx6 risk team without prior notice in cases where fraud or money laundering risk is identified.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the requesting account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are reviewed and processed within 15 to 30 minutes. 6sx6 commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests within a maximum of 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 6sx6 account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6sx6 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending enhanced verification checks in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or unusual betting patterns are detected. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with a clear explanation of what documentation or information is required to resolve it.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 6sx6 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once the 12-month threshold has been reached, until the account balance is exhausted or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied.

6sx6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer at the time of claim. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on 6sx6 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 6sx6 are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unmet wagering requirement is forfeited and any remaining bonus balance is removed from the account. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms. It is the player's responsibility to track their progress toward any wagering requirement within the stated period.

Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slot games contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) may contribute at a lower rate, typically between 5% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute at a rate defined in the specific promotion terms. The contribution rates applicable to each game or game category are listed in the Promotions section of the 6sx6 platform.

Abuse and Fraud

6sx6 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or providing false information to qualify for a restricted promotion. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

All casino games available on 6sx6 are operated either by 6sx6 directly or by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By launching any game on 6sx6, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable rules and that you accept them.

Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games — including slots, instant win titles, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. Bets Placed in Error

In the event of an obvious technical error resulting in a clearly incorrect display of odds or game outcome, 6sx6 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the applicable stakes to player accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6sx6. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Underage gambling: Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account on the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the 6sx6 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or false qualification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or tournaments.
• Cheating software: Using bots, macros, automated betting tools, or any third-party software to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform rules.
• Account sharing: Sharing login credentials or permitting any third party to operate your account.
• Harassment: Using the live chat or any communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse 6sx6 staff or other players.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.

6sx6 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for patterns associated with prohibited conduct. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to enhanced manual review, during which the account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 6sx6 support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 6sx6 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, less any applicable pending bonus obligations. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension by 6sx6

6sx6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other 6sx6 policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Account identified as a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to suspend or restrict the account.

Where an account is suspended as a result of a 6sx6-initiated investigation, the player will be notified by email and provided with an opportunity to respond. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated promptly and any restrictions on deposits or withdrawals will be lifted. If a breach is confirmed, 6sx6 will communicate its decision and the applicable consequences to the player in writing.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion directly from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion periods of one month, three months, six months, or indefinitely are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no promotional communications will be sent. To lift a self-exclusion, players must contact the support team and observe a mandatory seven-day cooling-off period before the exclusion is removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sx6 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the 6sx6 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

6sx6 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While 6sx6 makes every effort to maintain continuous platform availability, scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical incidents, or force majeure events may cause temporary service disruptions. 6sx6 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance wherever possible.

Force Majeure

6sx6 shall not be in breach of these terms, nor liable for any failure or delay in performance, where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 6sx6's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government action, civil unrest, power failures, internet service provider failures, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, 6sx6's obligations under these terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Third-Party Game Providers

6sx6 acts as an aggregator of games and services provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 6sx6 carefully selects its game provider partners and requires them to meet high standards of fairness and security, 6sx6 cannot accept liability for any technical failure, game error, or dispute arising directly from the operation of a third-party game. Such disputes should be directed to the relevant game provider through the support channels available within the game interface.

6sx6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6sx6 will notify registered players via email to the address held on their account and will post the updated terms on the 6sx6 website with a revised effective date. The updated terms will come into effect 7 days after the notification is sent, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the 6sx6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your verified balance by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.
